GET TING ST ART ED 4 - 10 Sle e p Tim e Sett ing the S leep Time redu ces power cons ump tion b y tur ning o ff the fuser inside the MFC, while it is idle. You can choose how lo n g the MFC is idle (from 00 to 99 min utes) b efore it goe s int o s l ee p mo de.
4 - 1 1 GET TIN G S TAR TED Power Save Setting Power Save mo de reduces power consumption. If Power Save Mode i s switched On , when the MFC is idle, it drops in to power save mode in approx. 10 minutes a utomatical ly. The MFC will not d isp l ay th e da t e an d t im e in th is cond i ti on .
