User manual Dishwasher ZDF 511.

Safety information In the interest of your safety and to ensure the correct use, before installing and first using the appliance, read this user manual carefully, in- cluding its hints and warnings.
Installation • Check your dishwasher for any transport damage. Never connect a damaged ma- chine. If your dishwasher is damaged con- tact your supplier. • All packaging must be removed before use. • Any electrical and pl umbing work required to install this appliance must be carried out by a qualified and competent person.

Programme selection bu ttons • Starting the washing programme: 1. Pr ess the On/Off button. 2. Press the butto n correspondi ng to the required programme, th e correspond ing light remains ill u- minated while t he other program me lights turn o ff.
Delay start button This option allows th e start of the program me to be delayed from 1 to 19 hours. Afte r having selected the washing progra mme press th e delay star t button u ntil the flashin g number of the hou rs for the d elay start wi ll appear in th e digital display.

1. Press the On/Off button. The dishwasher must be in setting mode. 2. Simultaneously press and hold function buttons B and C , until the lights of function buttons A , B and C start flashing. 3. Press function button A , the lights of func- tion buttons B and C turn off while the light of function button A goes on flashing.
Remove any trace of salt. Replace the c ap tightly turning it clockwis e until it stops with a click. IMPORTANT! Immediat ely start a c omplete p rogramme. IMPORTANT! Water will overfl ow from the contain er as salt is added. IMPORTANT! Top up the special salt when the light on the control panel illuminates.
Adjusting the dosage of rinse aid Increase the dose if there are drops of water or lime spots on the dishes after washing. Reduce the dose if there are whitish streaks on the dishes or a bluish film on glassware or knife blades. Open the li d. Set the dosage le vel.
For washing in the dishwasher the following cutlery and dishes are not suitable: are of limited suitability: • Cutlery with wooden , horn, china or mother-of- pearls handle s. • Plastic items th at are not he at resistant. • Older cutlery wi th glued parts th at are not temper- ature resista nt.

Inlet hose Connect the inlet hose to a water tap with an exte rnal thread of 3/4”. The inlet hose can be turned eith er to the left or th e right to suit the installa tion by means of the locknut. The locknut must b e correctly fitted to avoid water leaks.
