If you have followed all of the procedures below and still need assistance, refer to the ‘T echnical Support Procedures’ and/or ‘Returning Merchandise for Service’ section(s) in this chapter .

Make sure that the memory modules are compatible with the system and that the DIMM modules are properly and fully installed. This Setup utility can be accessed by pressing <Delete> at the appropriate time during system boot.
