Data and F ax Mod es 3-5 If you ar e not sur e whether yo ur modem is in D ata or Fax mode, use the AT+FCLASS? c ommand . Whenever t he modem is r eset using th e A TZ command or by turn ing the power off and then o n, it will re set to Data Mode. Caller I D Functions 4-7 Caller ID Fu nctio ns Caller ID is a se rvice p rovided b y loca l tele phone compa nies. When y ou subscrib e to caller I D, your phone compa ny begins pr ovid ing you real-time inform ation about incom ing c alls.
