11 OPERA TION The operation of any tractor can result in f oreign objects thrown into the e yes, which can result in severe e ye dam age . Alwa ys wear safety glass es or eye shields while op- erating your tractor or per fo r m ing any adjustments or repairs.
12 OPERA TION T O OPERA TE MO WER (See Fig. 6) Y our tractor is equipped with an operator presence sens ing s witch. Any attempt by the oper ator to leav e the seat with the engine running and the attachment clutch engaged will shut off the engine. • Select desired height of cut.

Always wear e ye pro tec tion when around batteries. If your battery is too weak to star t the engine, it should be recharged.
