- 2 - Important Safety Information WARNING: • DO NOT USE A GROUND FAUL T INTERRUPTER (GFI). • A DEDICATED 20 OR 30 AMP CIRCUIT IS REQUIRED (2500-4500SSR OR 6500SSR).
- 3 - Features and Specifications • Wine-Mate split cooling systems VINO2500-6500SSR are designed and used to provide a cold temperature between 50~65 ° F for a properly insulated wine room at a normal environment. • The wine room will maintain hum idity of 50~70% RH even when the environment becomes dry and humid.
- 4 - NOTE: LEAVE MINIMUM 3” CLEARANCE FOR ELECTRICAL WIRING AND REFRIGERATION PIPING. - 7 - Cellar Construction This is only a guide and shall be c onsidered as minimum requirements. All interior walls and floors shall have a vapor barrier and a minimum of R11 insulation. All exterior walls and ceiling shall have a vapor barrier and a minimum of R19 insulation.
- 8 - Installer’s Instruction Federal law requires that WINE-M ATE split cooling systems be installed by an EPA certified refrigeration technician. WINE-MATE split system is shipped as components and is ready for use only after a certified refrigeration technici an has properly in stalled, evacuated, charged and tested the system.
- 9 - 1. Condensing Unit • Place the condensing units WM250-650SCU in a properly ventilated location. If it is not, heat exhausted by the condensing unit will build up and the coolin g system will not operate properly. • Condensing unit shall be elevated to avoid possible flooding and shaded from direct sun.

Evaporator Unit • The WM25-45SFCR evaporator units sha ll be installed for rack mount with the air supply from the left front, t op or side and air return on the right front, top or side.

TURN OFF THE COMPRESSOR BEFORE POWER THE CONDENSING UNIT. ONLY TURN ON THE COMPRESSOR AFTER THE CONDENS ING UNIT HAS BEEN POWERED FOR 24 HOURS.
