This also applies to the distance between the mantel leg (if fitted) and the fireplace. For the correct mounting height and widths, refer to Figures 4a, 4b and the Mantel Chart below.

This unit comes with four (4) flanges pre-mounted on both sides of the fireplace to allow two different drywall thicknesses to be used.
