Shut Down M ode When you turn off the power in Shut Down Mode no data will be saved and the computer will boot to the operating system’s ma in screen the next time it is turned on.

Gently pull the disc tray out until it is fully opened. 2. The CD/DVD extends slightly over t he sides of the disc tra y so you can grasp it.
4-18 User ’s Manual Qosmio G50 How to rem ove CD/DVD whe n the disc tray will not op en Pressing the eject button will not open the disc tray when the computer power is off. If the power is of f, you can open the disc tray by inserting a slender object (about 15 mm) such as a straightened paper clip into the eject hole near the eject button.
