6. Convection T oaster Oven Broiler Use and Care Guide Function Control Dial The Convection T oaster Oven Broiler has five different settings: KEEP W ARM, Convection ROAST , Convection BAKE, TOAST and BROIL/GRILL. T urn dial to indicator line above dial to select setting.

Both sets of elements will become hot immediately and cycle on and off to maintain temperature for the entire cooking time except in the Keep W arm Function.
