Do not leave a boiling or hot kettle near or where children may touch it. • Do not leave the power cord near the edge of a bench top where children may touch or pull it.

V ariable T emperature Controls An easy to use control panel that allows you to select from 4 brewing temperatures: 80°C, 85°C, 90°C and 100°C (boil). Keep warm feature Conveniently maintains the selected water temperature for up to 20 minutes. Ergonomic handle The handle provides greater pouring balance and prevents steam burns when pouring.
U s i n g y o u r V a r i a b l e T e m p e r a t u r e K e t t l e 4 Before using your kettle. It is recommended that you clean your kettle before using it by filling the kettle with water to the maximum level indicator , boiling the water and discarding.
5 Note: If the kettle is removed from the power base during the keep warm function, the kettle will automatically reset, cancelling the keep warm function. 7. Press the power button to start the water heating to your selected temperature. The kettle will beep once when the selected water temperature has been reached.
