27 Upper Body P ositions W hile using you Total Body Trai ne r, you can mo dify the po sition of the uppe r body b y selecting the icon that shows the desired position. Th e a vaila ble choices are: • Pulling - concentrates the work on pulling by deceasing the range of movement o f the handlebars.
28 Cooldown Cycle In mo st programs, once you have compl eted your workout, the treadmill enters a two-minute Coold own cycle. All functions are available during th e cooldown period. T o end the cooldown cycle, press Done. The s ummary display will appear, at the end of the cooldown cycle.

36 CALIBRATION AND SETUP The C alibration and Setup screen allows you to ca librate yo ur equip m ent, update software, and scan the TV c hannels. • Speed Calibration - calibrates the sp eed of the treadmil l: 1. Se lect Speed Calibration on the Calibration and S etup screen.
37 GUI SW Update - allows the ma nager to update t he GUI soft w are. If for any reason you need to update the GUI , follow these steps: 1. Con nect the US B stick that contains th e G UI f ile. 2. W ait u ntil the U SB source is recognized by th e system.
