The connected equipment must hav e a timer function for this feature to work.

Y ou can see information s uch as date, time, and programme position of the programmes r ecorded.
78 Searching using the Smar t Search function T o record in a blank spac e Blank space o n the tape will appear as a blank ro w in the SMAR T SEARCH screen. Select the last blank ro w in step 3, then press OK. The VCR rewinds/fast-forwards the tape to the beginn ing of the blank space, then stops.
