Introduction 1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE AND PR OPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN A N ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE OVEN. WE ADVISE CAREFUL READING OF THIS MANUAL AN D ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS THEREIN BEFORE USING THE OVEN.
Introduction ALWAYS CHECK THAT THE CONTROL KNOBS ARE IN THE “ZERO” (OFF) POSITION WHEN YOU FINISH USING THE OVEN. NEVER PUT INFLAMMABLE OBJECTS IN THE OVEN: THEY COUL D BE ACCIDENTALLY LIGHTED AND CAUSE FIRES. DURING USE THE APPLIANCE BECOMES VERY HOT.

INST ALLA TION 2.1 Electrical co nnection Check that mains voltage and power cable ratin gs are as per the indications provided on the l abel attached to the oven door frame. This label must never be removed. It is obligatory for the electrical syst em to be grounded according to the methods required by safety rules.
Instructions for the user 2.2 Mounting the oven The oven is des igned for mounting into any piece of furniture as long as heat-resistant. Proceed acc ording to the dimensions s hown in Figures 1 , 2 and 3 . For installing under a work top, follow the dime nsions given in Figure 1 - 3 .

Instructions for the user MINUTE COUNTER KNOB Turn the knob clockwise to the desired time. Time is expressed in minutes (maximum 55 minutes). Adjustment is continuous so that intermediate times between mark ings can also be set. Alarm activation at end of pre-set time does not turn off the oven (no end of cooking).

Instructions for the user 4. USE OF THE O VEN 4.1 Warnings and general advice Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature ( 250 °C) long enough to burn any man ufacturing oily residues which could give the food a bad taste.
Instructions for the user 5. A V AILABLE A CCESSORIES The oven features 4 support positions for plates and racks of different height. Some models do not feature all accessories . Grill: useful for holding cooking vessels. Plate grill: for placing above plate for cooking foods that might drip.
Instructions for the user 6. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode pr eheating shou ld be carried out at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. Thi s cons iderably shortens cook ing times and reduces power consumption, as well as giving better cooking results.

Instructions for the user 7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Before performing any operat ions requiring access to powered parts, switch off the po wer supply to the machine. 7.1 Cleaning stainless steel To keep stainless steel i n good condition it shoul d be cleaned regular ly after use.
Instructions for the user • Clean the ov en grill and side guides with hot water an d non-abrasive detergent. Rinse and dry. • The ov en should be oper ated at t he maximu m temperature for about 15/20 minutes after using specific pr oducts, to eliminate the residu es deposited inside the oven.
