GB-IE Instructions fo r the User 11 FUNCTION-SWITCH ON KNOB This knob a llows access to the oven's three operating setti ngs, a nd is also used to select a cooking function (see point “7.2 Operating settings”). From now on, f or convenience it will be referred to as PT2.
GB-IE Instructions fo r the User 12 7 USING THE OVEN 7.1 Precautions and Gen eral Advice When t he oven and grill are used for the first time, they should be heated to the maximum temperature for long enough to burn off any oily residues left by t he manufacturing process, which m ight contaminate foods w ith unpleasant smells.
GB-IE Instructions fo r the User 13 7.4 Selecting the function In the ON state onl y, a cooking function ca n be selected by simply turning PT2 to the righ t or left.

Press PT1 to validate and the temperature light starts to blink. Turn PT1 to the right or left to change the preset temperature.

When defrosting, use on ly dishes that are ap propriate for micro waves (china, glass, suitable plastic). 2. The defrost function by weight and t he tables r efer to the defrosting of raw food.

GB-IE Instructions fo r the User 23 9.3 Using the browning plate Normally when cooking food, such as pizzas or pies, on a grill or in a microwave oven, the dough or pastry becomes soggy . This can be avoided by u sing a browning plate. As a high temperature is reached quickly on the bottom of the bro wning plate, the crust t urns crisp an d brown.

Fit the rack in such a way that it doesn’t co me into cont act wi th the metal surfaces of th e oven cav ity since if it d oes there is a danger of electric arcing which may damage the oven.

The grill is especially s uitable for cooking thin portions of meat and fish . Thin p ortions of meat only need to be t urned onc e, but thicker portions should be turned several times.
