Follow the steps shown below to us e this function. The explanation below assumes that you intend to print a Ledger size documen t on letter size paper.
1 PRINT 13 CONTENTS INDEX Rotating the print image 180 degrees The print image can be rotated 180 degrees. This feature is used to enable correct printing on envelopes and other p aper with flaps that can only be loaded in one orientation.

Use the pr int job status screen t o give priority to the job.

Use the print job status screen to cancel the job. 1 Press the [JOB STATUS] key. 2 Make sure that the [PRINT JOB] key is highlighted.
