CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES TRACTOR Always observe safety rules when performing any mainte- nanceo BRAKE OPERATION If tractor requires more than six (6) feet stopping distance at high speed in highest gear, then brake must be adjusted., (See "TO ADJUST BRAKE" i.
TRANSAXLE COOLING The fan and cooling fins of transmission should be kept clean to assure proper cooling. Do not attempt to clean fan or transmission while engine is running or while the transmission is hot. To prevent possible damage to seals, no not use high pressure water or steam to clean transaxle.

AD, !NTS S AND FRONT WHEEL TOE-IN ADJUSTMENT Front wheel toe-in is required for proper steering operation. Toe-in was set at the factory and adjustment should not be necessary. If parts in the front axle or steering mechanism have been replaced or damaged, check toe-in and adjust if necessary.
