The one to choo s e depends on the specific details of your install ation. The use of encryption im poses a slight performance overhead of roughly 10% but is highl y secure against third party int rusion.

During calibration, t he V ista Remote 2 waits for 40ms after each mouse movement before sampling the next.

Usuall y the actual gateway is a network switch or router and it will be used whenever a required address lies outside the current network.
22 Vista Remote 2 Insta llation and Operations Manual It is recommended that the naming and hot key assignments for each Host Configuration entry match the CPU port configurati on of the Vista Remote 2. Entry #1 - Name and hot key defined to switch to CPU port #1, Entry #2 for CPU port #2, etc.

A computer must be connected to CPU port #1 and powered on. Using the local keyboard, press and release the left Ctrl key, then within 2 seconds press the F12 key.
