Using the armband 1. Slide the player into the holder of the armband by aligning with the arrow on the holder . 2. 14 Using the menus Menu types The player has two types of menu: Player menu The player menu appears when y ou turn on the player or if you pr ess /MENU while listening to the player .
15 Using the menus The Home menu The top-level or “Home” menu is always displayed when you press /MENU . The menu options are: Now Playing Home Now Playing Available only during pla yback. Press to return to the currently playing file. Music Press to play all the music files on the player .
