Product Owner’s Manual: Club Featu res 10 Setting a W ork out T ime Limit Y ou can limit how long a user can exercise on t he cycle. For example, if you set the time limi t to 20 minutes, users ca n only enter a workout time between 1 and 20 minutes.

Product Owner’s Manual: Maintenance 20 Long- T erm Storage W hen the cycle is not in use for any length of time, ensure that the optional power adapter is unplugge d from its power source and is positioned so that it and the power cord will not become damaged or interfere with peop le or other equipment.
Product Owner’s Manual: Maintenance 21 Recumbent Seat A djustment 1. Sit on the seat with your feet in the pedals. 2. Pull the seat adjustment handle up while you bend your knees and slide the seat forw ard or bac k w ard along the seat r ail. Refer to Diagr am 8.

User’s Reference Manual: Programs 19 P rogram T ips • W hile exercising, your pedaling speed (R PM ) needs to remain above 20 R P M. Dropping below 20 R PM causes the cycle to shut down to conserve batter y power . T he cycle displays a 3 0-second countdown before it s huts off.

It is similar to the Hill Progr am, but provides a different preprogrammed resistance profile. T o override the resist ance settings for each column, press the R E S I S T AN CE ar row keys.

User’s Reference Manual: Programs 23 W arm-Up P eriod T he cycle provides a 3- minute w arm-up period. During this time, you may change the resistance. Note: If your heart r ate moves into the target heart r ate zone [(220 minus age) x 7 0%] during the 3-minute w arm-up period, the w arm-up period ends and the Heart Rate Control Progr am begins.

Place the upright support on the ba se crossbar so that the lip of the rubber bib rests on the crossbar and is par allel to the floor .
