Mount the cylindri cal steel guide bar t o the edge of the cast i ron tabl e, using t he f our M12 hex nut s and f l a t w asher s.

18 Loosen t he three screws on the scal e (Fi gure 35) and n udge the s cal e unti l it m atc hes the c ut m eas urem ent. Mak e another cut to confi rm t he m eas urem ent. To av oid the f enc e contacti ng the rot ating saw blade, the stop ri ng m ust be adjusted.
