W hen u sing the remote contro l, always point it directly at the TV mode. If you w ant to select a device, simply press one of the buttons: TV, VCR, CBL, or AUX.

14 CONTROLS & ADJUSTMENTS General Adjustment s T urning the LCD TV On and Of f T T u u r r n n i i n n g g i i t t O O n n Plug the power cable into the AC-in socket located on the lef t rear of the LCD TV . Plug the other end into an electrical socket.
15 Power Consumption Power Consumption is one kind of power management. This system has three modes fo r the user to set up. Low: T urns on the display in about 10 to 12 seconds and the power consumption is lower . Medium: T urns on the d is play immediately .
16 Initial Setup When the system powers on for the first time after purchase, the initial automatic inst allation begins. 1. Press the Power button on the remote control. A welcome message is displayed. Use the ▲▼ buttons to select the language you want to use for menus, and press the OK button to con tinue.
