19 En 02 Connecting to the network through LAN interface By connecting th is player to the network via the LA N terminal or a wireless LAN, you can play audio files stored on the components on the network, in cluding your computer, using HOME MEDIA GALLERY inputs.

04 24 En Switching the audio For discs or files on which multiple audio streams/ channels are recorded, audio stream s/channels can be switched during playback. During playback, press AUDIO. • The current audio and total number of recorded audio streams are displayed on the TV screen.
25 En 04 Playback functions The functions th at can be used differ according to the type of disc and file. In som e cases, some of th e functions can not be used. 45 En 08 Chapter 8 Additional information Cautions on use Moving the player If you need to move this unit, first rem ove the disc i f there’s one loaded, and close the disc tray. Next, press STANDBY/ON to switch the power to standby, checking that the POWER OFF indication on the front panel display goes off.
08 46 En Cleaning the pickup lens The player’s lens should not be come dirty in normal u se, but if for some reason it should malfuncti on due to dust or dirt, consult your neares t Pioneer authorized service center. Although lens cleaners for player s are commerc ially avail able, we advise against using them since some may d amage the lens.
47 En 08 Troubleshooting Incorrect operation is often mistaken for trouble or malfuncti on. If you think that ther e is something wrong with thi s component, ch eck the points be low. 08 48 En Picture freezes and the front panel and remote control buttons stop working. • Press STOP to stop playback, then restart playback. • If the playback cannot be stopped, press STANDBY/ON on the player’s front panel to turn off the power, then turn the power back on.
