Chapter 3 Hardware Tr oubleshooting 29 BCM450 Troubleshooting Guide To test the main unit If you have the digital station feat ure included in your in stalled ke ycode, use the following test to ensure the main unit is operating properly: 1 Go to an extension that is connected to th e RJ-21 telephon y connector on the main unit.
