Basic Operations Starting the SmartMirror Initializing the GPS receiver As soon as the navigation device has been switched on, initialization of the GPS receiver begins. In the upper right-hand corner of the display , the GPS symbol appears. As soon as data from at least 3 satellites is received, the sym bol changes to GPS Ready .

Selecting Destinations New destinations for the SmartMirror are destinations that you h ave not yet navigated to or those that you ha ve not yet store d. Y ou can enter an address, sele ct a POI, or select a destination from the quick search fun c- tion.

Once an area is selected, a code on the button reflects the selection. For exam- ple, if the United S tates is selected, “US A” appears on the button.

W o rking W ith Routes With the SmartMirror , you can preplan routes. Planned routes can be saved for later use, allowing you to create as many r outes as you like. Accessing the Route Planning Window In the M AIN WINDOW : 1. T ap the Optio ns button.
