5 CA UTION: • Before plugging in the tool, alw a ys be sure that the tool is switched off . • Switch can be lock ed in “ ON ” position for ease of operator comf or t during extended use. Apply cau- tion when locking tool in “ ON ” position and maintain firm grasp on tool.
6 CA UTION: • Since excessiv e cutting ma y cause ov erload of the motor or difficulty in controlling the tool, the depth of cut should not be more than 3 mm (1/8 ” ) at a pass when cutting groov es. When y ou wish to cut groov es more than 3 mm (1/8 ” ) deep , make se v eral passes with progressively deeper bit sett ings.
7 NO TE: • The workpiece will be cut a slightly different siz e from the templet. Allow f or the distance (X) between the router bit and the outside of the templet guide.
8 T rimmer guide T r imming, curved cuts in veneers f or furniture and the like can be done easily with the trimmer guide. The guide roller rides the cur ve and assures a fine cut. Loosen the wing bolts and secure the tool base horizon- tally . Install the trimmer guide on the tool base with the clamp screw (A).

13 Ajustage de la fraise Po u r r é gler la saillie de la fraise , desserrez le le vier et d é placez l ’ embase de l ’ o u t il , v e r s le h au t o u v e r s le ba s , de la hauteur voulue en tournant la roulette de r é glage. V otre ajustage ter min é , serrez le le vier à f ond pour assurer en place l ’ embase.
14 P ose et d é pose de la fraise d ’ affleurage A TTENTION: • Ne serrez pas l ’é crou de mandrin sans y av oir ins é r é une fraise, sinon v ous risquez de briser le c ô ne de mandrin. • N ’ utilisez que les cl é s f ournies avec l ’ outil.

16 Desserrez les boulons à oreilles et posez l ’ embase bien horizontalement. Fix ez le guide de coupe rectiligne sur l ’ outil à l ’ aide de la vis de serrage (A). Desserrez l ’é crou à oreilles du guide et r é glez la distance entre celui-ci et la fraise.
17 Guide d ’ affleurage Le guide d ’ affleurage permet d ’ effectuer ais é ment affleurage ou tailles courbes des bois de placage pour mobilier , etc. Le galet du guide suit la courbure et assure une coupe parfaite . Desserrez les boulons et fixez l ’ embase horizontalement.
