5 Notes on the cord plug This appliance has a polarized plug. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is inte nded to fit into a polarized outlet only in one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualifi ed electrician.

8 O PE RA TI NG I NS TR UC TIO NS Making Coffee 1. Open the top cover of coffee maker and fill in the appropriate amount water into the tank with the carafe. The water level should not exceed the MAX level. 2. Place the funnel into the funnel support and make sure it is assembled correctly.
9 Automatic Start Function Automatic Start Function is used by programming the brew start time in advance. For example, if the current time is 8:10 AM, you may program the appliance to start brewing at 1:00 PM. At 1:00 PM, the green light AUTO will turn off, and the red light RUN will be turn on for automatically starting the appliance .
