O PERA TION 5 CI 16/CS 16 Safety Regulations The appliance complies with UL250 and is designed to cool, freeze and store f ood and to mak e ice (if equipped). It is designed as a household appliance. If used commercially , the relev ant regulations on commercial use must be observed.
O PERA TION 6 CI 16/CS 16 T o increase the temperature: Press the UP button on the left to increase the refrigerator temperature (Fig. 1, 8) and on the right to increase the freezer temperature (Fig. 1, 2) . 1. While you are entering the temperature , the set temperature will flash on the display .

I CE M AKER 13 CI 16/CS 16 T o Star t the IceMaker The IceMaker will only w ork if the combined refrigerator-freezer is connected to the electrical outlet. It will only make ice cubes if the freezer compar tment is operating. The IceMaker is in the top left dr aw er in the freezer compar tment of the combined refrigerator-freezer .

15 CI 16/CS 16 D EFROSTING /C LEANING Defrosting Refrigerator compar tment: The refrigerator compar tment defrosts automatically . The water that f or ms on the rear wall drains into a reservoir at the back of the appliance and e v aporates automatically through the compressor heat.
