A dding a New Contacts Entry Y our phone can store up to 500 Contacts entr ies. Contacts entries can store up to a total of 5 phone numbers, and each entr y’ s name can contain 32 characters. T o add a new entry: 1. Press Menu (left softkey) to access the main menu.
Finding Contacts Entr ies There are sev eral ways to displa y your Contacts entries: b y name, by speed dial number , b y group, and by voice dial tags. Follow the steps outlined in the sections below to display entries from the Contacts menu. Finding Names T o find Contacts entries b y name: 1.
Finding Group Entr ies T o find entries designat ed as part of a group: 1. Press Menu (left softkey) to access the main menu. 2. Select Contacts () . 3. Scroll to Groups and press . 4. Scroll through the group titles using y our navigation key . T o display entries belonging to a group, highlight the group and press .
