User Guide v Resetting the phone If the screen seems f rozen and the k eypad does not respond t o keypresses, reset the phone by completing the following s teps: 1. Remove the battery door. 2. Remove and replace the battery . If the problem p ersists, return the phone to t he dealer for service.
