I f a new update is found, the phone displays the message Updating Configur ation . This may take a f e w moments while the phone downloads th e latest updates.

In order to access your phone using the Aastra Web UI, you need to know your phone’ s IP address.

The 6863i IP phone stores information for up to 200 incoming calls in the Callers List. Y our phone logs the number an d name (if available) of the caller , when they last called, and the number of times they tried to reach you.

This featur e is accessi- ble from the IP phone UI only . The number of calls that have not been answered increment on the phone’ s idle screen as # M issed Calls.
