5 Impor tant Safeguards For All Electr ical Appliances • Fully unwind the pow er cord bef ore use. • Connect only to 230V or 240V pow er outlet. • Do not let the pow er cord hang ov er the edge of a bench or table, touch hot surf aces or become knotted.

7 Operating Y our Kambrook Steam Station Befor e Fir st Use Remo ve an y sticker or pr otective co ver fr om the soleplate. When operating the steam station f or the first time, iron on an old piece of f abr ic to ensure that the soleplate and w ater tank are completely clean.
8 Setting the T emperature Bef ore commencing ir oning, first sor t the items to be ironed according to the International T extile Care Labelling Code or by the type of f abr ic.
9 T o Operate Y our Kambrook Steam Station • Remo ve the w ater tank from the steam station base by gr asping the handle at the front of the w ater tank and pulling f orw ard until the tank clears the base. Pull upw ards on the anti-scale filter cartr idge fitted to the top of the w ater tank to remo ve.

11 M I N S T E A M M A X POWER M I N S T E A M M A X POWER NOTE : As the steam pump is getting up to temperature, it may emit some noise. This will gro w quieter as the steam comes through. If the water tank runs out of water , the pump will star t to get noisy .

13 After Each Use • Set the V ar iable Steam Control Dial on the base of the steam station to the MIN position and turn the T emperature Control dial on the iron to MIN. • Switch the pow er of f at the pow er outlet and disconnect the pow er cord from the po wer outlet.
