A block ed mesh will cause the engine to ov erheat and may lead to serious damage. Loc king nut A locking n ut is used to secure some types of cutting attachment.
10 – English ASSEMBL Y Fitting the loop handle • P osition the handle on the shaft. Note that the handle must be mounted below the arro w on the shaft. • Fit the screw , securing plate and wing nut as shown in the diagram. • Tighten the wing nut.

Wipe off the spillage and allow remaining fuel to e vaporate . 2 If you ha ve spilt fuel on y ourself or your clothes , change your clothes . 12 – English FUEL HANDLING Mixing • Alwa ys mix the gasoline and oil in a clean container intended f or fuel. • Alwa ys star t by fi lling half the amount of the gasoline to be used. Then add the entire amount of oil. Mix (shake) the fuel mixture.

First turn the idle adjustment screw T clockwise until the cutting attachment starts to rotate. Then turn the screw anticlockwise until the cutting attachment stops.
