54 Chapter 2 Phone Calls Tips • If you w ant to choose from other stor ed phone numbers of a participant, tap the Phone Selection button ( ) that appears next t o the participant’s name and then select another number . • T o remov e a participant before starting the c onfer ence call, tap Ke ypad and clear the check box of that participant.

56 Chapter 2 Phone Calls Managing the confer ence call While a conf erenc e call is in progr ess, you can do the f ollowing: T o manage the c onfer ence call in landscape vie w T o talk in private with a participant and put the others in the confer ence call on hold, tap the participant’s phot o and then tap Privat e .

Chapter 2 Phone Calls 59 2.8 Push to T alk Push to T alk ( PTT ) is a communication service that allo ws you t o use your de vice for instant c ommunication with one or many c ontacts simply by pr essing the PTT button. Initializing the PTT service T ap Start > Apps > Push to T alk .

When you slide out the hardw are ke yboard, the Home screen aut omatically changes to landscape vie w and tempor arily hides the tabs.

T ap it to open the Alarm Clock screen so y ou can turn on and set the alarm clock. On the Alarm Clock screen, tap an Off / On swit ch to turn on an alarm clock.

Although y our phone supports multiple email accounts, you can only ha ve one Outlook acc ount on y our phone at a time.
