5 MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE (1) Service more frequently when used in dusty areas. (2) Change engine oil every 25 hour s when used under heavy load or in high ambient temperatures. (3) These items should be serviced by an authorized Honda servicing dealer , unless you have the prop er tools and are mechanically proficient.
6 AIR CLEANER A dirty air cleaner will restrict air fl ow to the carburet or and cause poor engine performance. Inspect the filter each time the engine is operated. Y ou will need to clean th e filter more frequently if you operate the engine in very dusty areas.

8 Storage Precautions If your engine will be stored with gasoline in the fuel tank and carburetor , it is important to r educe the hazard of gasoline vapor ignition. 9 Oxygenated Fuels Some conventional gasolines are be ing blended with alcohol or an ether compound. These gasolines ar e collectively referred to as oxygenated fuels. T o meet clean ai r standards, some areas of the United S tates and Canada use o xygenated fuels to help reduce emissions.
