Chapter 3 Mug Heat Press S t andard Operation Procedure 1. Y ou should have the following tool s in hand: Mug Heat Press, Bubble Eliminator , White Ceramic Mug, Mug Locating T ape, Dye Sublimation Photograph, Mug Locating Coil, Clean T o wel (recommend polyester fabric),a pair of gloves and a bottle of methane, 2.
Useful T ip s: (1). Carefully cutting off excessive margin on top of photography (2). Place mug inside lo cating coil.The bottom of the mug should be in p arallel with locating coil (3). Left and right side of photograph should be in p arallel with the edge of locating coil (4).
Useful T ip s: (1). Ensure no gap between photography and mug while using bubble eliminator to squeeze out air pocket (2). T ape the mug when bubble eliminator (3). Use finger to press the wrinkle while wrinkle appears during air pocket removing. 8. Use mug locating tape to secure anot her side of the photo onto the mug’ s surface.

Chapter 4 Consumable Replacement 4-1 Heater Plate Replacement 1 T urn off the power and wait for 20 minutes for machine to cool down 2 T ake out the white teflon and black rubber 3. Pull the heater plate fr om machine, you will see a semi- sphere hole where a wire is connecting with heater plate.
5. Make sure the wire and the new heater plate is properly reconnected. 6. Put the connector through the semi -sphere hole and put the heater plate into the original location. Then put the black rubber and white T eflon onto the machine. Make sure the heater plate , bla ck rubber and white silicon are wrapped by white T eflon.
4-2. Teflon Replacement // The white T eflon on the surface of the heat er plate is used for improving the image transferring ef fect onto the mug. If you f i nd any cracks on t he surf ace of the T eflon, please contact your local distributor and replace the T eflon according to the following procedure.
