9 English 1.2 Intr oducing the TV Y ou can watch SECAM/ P AL/ DVB-T broadcast, cable, or digital television channels, and easily connect a VCR, STB or DVD player to the SCART , HDTV ( Component ), A V(Composite), and HDMI input ports (locations of these ports depend on the model).

16 English 1.7 Inser ting the Remote Control Batteries 1 Open the battery compartment cover at the back of the remote contr ol. 2 Insert the batteries paying attention to the polarity markings inside the battery compartment. 3 Replace the battery compartment cover .

20 English 2.2.2 Connecting to A V Devices The following diagram illustrates how to connect the A V devices to your TV via HDMI (A), YPbPr/AUDIO (B), SCAR T (C), A V/SV (D) ports. Note: • Plea se connect the audio ports shown in YPbPr/AUDIO (B) to audio ports of Component/YPbPr group in your A V device.
21 English 2.2.3 C onnecting a V CR/ STB/ D VD Play er Using Component V ideo/Audio, Composite Vide o/Audio, or S-Video/Audio Connect the TV to a VCR/ STB/ DVD pl ayer using three different types of video/audio inputs.
22 English 2.2.4 Connecting a PC using V GA Connect the TV to your PC to use it as the monitor using the VGA port as shown. 1 Connect the VGA port of the TV to the VGA outp ut of the PC. 2 Connect the line out port of the PC to th e PC Audio In port of your TV to listen to audio from the PC.
