16. TRACK BUTTON - This buttons is used to select a track. T apping this button will back-skip to the previous track, holding down this button will rapidly back-skip through the tracks on a CD.
This is a momentary function. When the but ton is depressed the pitch speed will automatically return to PITCH SLIDER'S (21) selected pitch. Holding down this button will give a maximum of -16% pitch.

1. OPENING AND CLOSING THE DISC TRA Y/LOADING DISCS This is an electronic operation and can only work when the power is on. Press the OPEN/CLOSE BUTTON (12) to open or close the disc tray. Pressing the PLA Y/P AUSE BUTTON (19) , will also automatically close the tray if it is open and immediately cue any CD that is in it.
BASIC OPERA TIONS (CONT .) 8. FRAME SEARCH This feature allows you to scroll through a track to set a cue, starting sample, or loop point. T o use the scroll function you must first be in Pause Mode or Cue Mode. Once you are in Pause or Cue mode, use your finger tip to turn the JOG WHEEL (14) to scroll through the track (figure 9).

PITCH BEND: This function will momentarily increase or decrease a tracks playback speed. There are two ways to operate this function with the (-) & (+) PITCH BUTTONS (25) or with the JOG WHEEL (14).
12. SETTING and STORING a CUE POINT : Setting A Cue Point: A cue point is the exact point playback will begin when the PLA Y/P AUSE BUTTON (19) is pressed. A cue point may be anywhere on a disc or in a track. Y ou may set and store up to five independent cue points per disk.

The SINGLE ICON (51) should not be displayed in the LCD (13) . When both drives are in continuous play mode, follow the directions for single track FLIP-FLOP as detailed above.
