Maintenance 18 311320G Clean Spra y Gun Pr ocedure Thoroughly flush gun bloc k with gun cleaner bef ore removing v alving rod or mixing compo- nents from gun bl ock. Also allo w chemicals in spra y gun to cool before cleaning. This procedure makes use of the 1-Quart or 3-Gallon Gun Service Kit.

Soak assembly in gun cleaner and try to remov e it again. If ball and spr ing assembly cannot be remo ved undam- aged, replace it.
Repair 24 311320G Centerline Component Installation 1. Remov e fe lt wiper assembly from rear of mixing chamber . 2. Ensure inter nal mixing chamber par ts are in place. 3. Inser t chamber into gun bloc k. Align k ey- wa y in chamber with pin protruding from top of hole in b lock.
Repair 311320G 25 10. Replace valving rod spring and spr ing retainer case. Gr asp knob , push in, and tur n clockwise to loc k in place. 11. Replace air cap. 12. Replace check v alv es and screen scre w assemb ly . 13. Replace closure screw in top of gun b loc k.
