Battery Charging 9 Important Notes • Y our new battery must be charged f or at least 18 hours bef ore you use it in y our v ehicle f or the first time . • Y ou do not need to remov e the battery from your vehicle to recharge it. • The batter y must be upright while charging.
HI LO KC COOL HEAT Dash View 30 13 3 6 12 4 11 5 25 16 24 4 • Before applying labels to the dash, wipe the dash with a clean, dr y cloth to make sure it is free of dirt and oils. Make sure y our hands are clean and dry . • Apply labels as shown. F or best results , av oid repositioning a label once it has been applied.
Assembl y 6 7 11 • Inser t the end of the steering column through the hole in the steering rod. • Fit a cap nut onto the end of the steering column. • While suppor ting the steering column, tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure it on the steering column.
Assembl y 12 • Fit the lens tabs on the back of a lens assemb ly into the headlight slots in the grille. • Press fir mly to snap the lens assembly into the g rille.
Assembl y 13 14 15 16 • Fit the screw pegs on the windshield brac kets into the holes in the top surf ace of the dash. Press fir mly to fit the lip on each windshield brac ket into the slot in the top of the dash. • Inser t two #8 x 1" scre ws into each windshield brac ket.
Assembl y 14 19 • With the seat at an angle , inser t the tabs on the front edge of the seat into the slots in the f oot-well wall . • Push do wn firmly on the edge of the seat above each tab to snap the tabs into the slots . • Rotate the bac k of the seat down to snap the seat back tabs into the slots in the v ehicle body .
Spor t Bar KC TM Light Rack - F ront Half • P osition the spor t bar with the ends on a flat surface , as shown. • Fit and hold the front and back halv es of the KC TM light rac k against the spor t bar .
Assembl y 28 27 T aillight Housing T aillight Lens • Using safety scissors , remov e the taillight lenses and the taillight housings from the plastic connectors. Dispose of the plastic connectors. • F ace the rear of the vehicle . • Fit a taillight lens inside a taillight housing.

Battery Installation H 18 Pb Important Note: Use only a P ower Wheels ® 12 v olt battery . Use of any other battery will damage your v ehicle. Mak e sure that you charge the battery f or at least 18 hours using the enclosed P ower Wheels ® 12 volt charger bef ore operating y our vehicle f or the first time.
