- 14 - 3.9 SERV I CE HYDRA ULIC OIL The machine is shipped with hydraulic oil f illed t o t he t op of the baf fle in reser voir. Run the machine f or approximately 15 minutes to allow any extra air to purg e out of t h e hydraulic system.

- 16 - The f uel shut-of f valve is used to shut off the fuel when the machine will not be used for a f ew day s, during t r anspor t to and from the jobsite, and when park ed inside a building. T he valv e has three positions, each position made in 1/4 turn increment s.

- 24 - c) Lubricate fr ont caster pivots once a year. Remove hex plug and cap. Thread g rease zerk in hole and pump with gr ease unt il it oozes out around top bearing . Remove grease zerk and t hread plug back in. Place cap back on. 5.1.14 Lubricate seat switch actuat or : Service Interval: 160 hrs.

- 26 - 5.1.23 Fuel Tank – m ount ing hardware specification. W hen installing the nuts onto the f uel tank st uds, fully tight en the nyloc nut and back of f 1/2 t ur n. This allows for nor mal fuel t ank expansion and contraction with changes in temperat ur e and fuel levels.
