Safety DANGER LPG fuel is extremely ammable and v apor s are explosiv e. • In case of re tak e the following steps: 1. If y ou can safely do so, stop the ow of gas as quickly as possible. Nev er put out ame unless gas can be shut off. 2.
Safety – The LPG tank should be free of dents or damage. If the tank show signs of dents or damage, re place it immediately . – Check the valv e and tting openings for dirt and debris . – Slowly open the valv e all the way and listen for a continuous hiss from the regulator, it may indicate a leak.
Safety W ARNING Engine exhaust contains carbon mono xide, which is an odor less deadly poison that can kill y ou. Do Not r un engine indoors or in a small conned area where dangerous carbon monoxide fumes can collect. • Operate only in daylight or g ood ar ticial light, keeping aw ay from holes and hidden hazards .
Safety DANGER Operating on w et g rass or steep slopes can cause sliding and loss of control. Wheels dropping o ver edges, ditches, steep banks, or w ater can cause rollov ers, which may result in serious injur y , death or drowning . • Do Not mo w slopes when grass is wet.

Operation Operation Note: Deter mine the left and right sides of the machine from the normal operating position. Controls Motion Control Levers The motion control lev ers located on eac h side of the console control the forward and reverse motion of the machine.
Operation Figure 7 1. Release button 2. Park brake The unit must be tied do wn and brak e eng aged when transporting . Ignition Switch Located on right console (see Figure 6). The ignition switc h is used to start and stop the engine. The switch has three positions “OFF”, “ON” and “ST ART”.
Operation Important: This v alv e has a pr otecti ve plastic cap that should NEVER be r emo ved. If the cap is dama ged or missing , contact trained and qualied per sonnel immediately . LPG Cylinder Brackets The brackets are located on the engine dec k.
Operation In the non-latching position, the dec k will automatically retur n to the cutting height when the pedal is lowered (see item 3 in Figure 11). Figure 1 1 1. Latching position 3. Operation that the r ear part of the seat is secured with the seat latch. Open the Fuel V alve 1. Slowly open the fuel v alve to equalize the pressure in the tank.
Operation Driving the Machine CAUTION Machine can spin ver y rapidly by positioning one lev er too much ahead of the other . Operator may lose control of the machine, which may cause damage to the machine or injur y . • Use caution when making tur ns.
Operation Driving in Rev erse 1. Mov e the motion control lev ers inw ard to the neutral operate position. 2. T o move rearward in a straight line, mov e both levers rearw ard with equal pressure . T o turn right, release pressure on the RH motion control lev er and the rear of the machine will mov e towards the rear and to the right.
Operation 1/4 inch (6.4 mm) clearance to the g round. Do Not adjust the rollers to support the deck. 7. F or LZZ-LP Units: Be sure the roller bolts are installed with the spring disc washer between the head of the bolt and the mounting brack et (Figure 18).
Operation W ARNING Loading a unit on a trailer or truck incr eases the possibility of backw ard tip-o ver . Backw ard tip-ov er could cause serious injur y or death. • Use extreme caution when operating a unit on a ramp . • Use only a single, full width ramp; Do Not use individual ramps for each side of the unit.
Operation A void sudden acceleration when driving up a ramp and sudden deceleration when backing do wn a ramp . Both maneuv ers can cause the unit to tip backw ard.

Maintenance CAUTION Raising the mo wer deck for ser vice or maintenance relying solely on mechanical or hy draulic jacks could be dangerous. The mechanical or hy draulic jacks may not be enough suppor t or may malfunction allowing the unit to fall, which could cause injur y .
Maintenance Adjustments Note: Disengag e PTO , shut off engine, wait for all moving par ts to stop , eng age parking brake, and remov e key before ser vicing, cleaning, or making any adjustments to the unit. CAUTION Raising the mo wer deck for ser vice or maintenance relying solely on mechanical or hy draulic jacks could be dangerous.

Fine tune the screw adjuster by turning it to get 3 inch (7.6 mm) height (see Figure 30). T o increase the height, tur n the adjuster screw clockwise; to decrease, turn counterclockwise .

Maintenance 14. Once step 11 is achiev ed, hold the threaded rod end with a tool and tighten the lock nut ag ainst the standard nut. Do Not allo w the cable to turn when the n uts are tightened.
