5 UK Gener al · T he appliance should only be oper ated with the turntable and turntable support inserted. · Only suitable microwave ovenwar e should be used. · T o protect the appliance against corr osion fr om moistur e (con densation) in the cavity or on the door , wipe these areas dry after each use.
6 Safety instructions · Whenever heating liquid, please also place a teaspoon in the container to avoid delayed boiling. During delayed boiling, the boiling temperatur e is attained without the typical steam bubbles rising.
7 UK · Baby food in jar s or bottles should always be heated without a lid or top, and stirr ed after heating, to ensur e uniform distribution of the heat. Alway s check the temper ature before fee ding your child. · The hot food in a micr owave oven will heat up the ovenwar e.

9 UK What else to note... · Food comes in all shapes, sizes and textures. The quantities also vary . For these reasons the time and amount of ener gy needed to defr ost, heat or cook will also vary . As a general rule : Double the quantity/weight = nearly * double the time * Please refer to the cooking charts.
10 Installing and Connecting Built-in model T o install the appliance in a kitchen cabinet, use the appr opriate mounting frame. Note the r elevant instructions for installation and connection. When building in to a high cabinet, you may use the lift door .
11 UK Installation 1. Remove any promotion label fr om the door . 2. Install the oven on a flat, level surface. The surface must be str ong enough to safely bear the weight (15 kg) of the oven, and the contents. T o avoid the possibility of causing vibration or noise the oven must be in a stable position.
12 Installing and Connecting Electrical connections · W ARNING! THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED. 15 UK Accessories The turntable and turntable support should be installed as shown in the diagram. T ake car e to ensure the turntable support is properly in place. The turntable may turn clockwise or counterclockwise during operation. Do not try to rotate the r oller ring manually , as you could damage the drive system.

24 Modes of oper ation How to set The Quick- Start button ‘ ST ART/QUICK’ pr ovides full micr owave power fr om 30 seconds up to 2 minutes and 30 seconds, by 30 second- intervals. Each time you push the Quick -ST ART button ‘ ST ART/QUICK’ the progr amme time is increased by 30 seconds.
25 UK The minute timer with alarm can also be used as a gener al purpose reminder . For example, you could use it to set the time it takes to boil the egg that you ar e cooking on the hob . The timer works without switching on the appliance, as long as no other functions have been selected.
