3. Align the notch on the memory module with the tab on the memory - module connector. 4. Insert the memory module into the memory - module connector until the memory module snaps into position. If you insert the memory module correctly, the securing clips snap into the cutouts at each end of the memory module.
4. Place the memory - module cover on the system - board shield and slide the memory - module cover into place. 5. Tighten the screw that secures the memory - module cover to the system - board shield. 6. Replace the back cover (see Replacing the Back Cover ).

Inspiron One 2310 a. To loosen the ZIF socket, use a small, flat - blade screwdriver and rotate the ZIF - socket cam screw counterclockwise until it comes to the cam stop. b. Lift the processor from the ZIF socket; place it aside in a safe and secure place.
d. Place the processor lightly in the processor socket and ensure that the processor is positioned correctly. e. Pivot the processor socket release lever back towards the processor socket, and snap it into place to secure the processor. f. Clean the thermal grease from the bottom of the heat sink.
