9 ASSEMBL Y Assemble latch le ver to rear tongue using 5/16" x 4" • he x bolt and 5/16" lock nut. Tighten nut until snug against side of rear tongue . See gure 1A. Attach the spring to the hole in the latch lock le ver • and the hole in the tongue.
10 Secure latch stand brac ket underneath the latch lock • le ver . See gure 5. Assemble the cart tray , car t bed braces and wheel • suppor t together using eight 5/16" truss head bolts and 5/16" nyloc k nuts. Tighten nuts after all bolts are in place.
