8 Change Heating and Cooling System Mode The Wireless Thermostat allows you to select the mode of operatio n for the climate control system. Using modes can help with efficiency. Modes include: • Off. When in the Off state, the Wireless Thermostat d oes not make any requests to the heating or cooling system.

11 Change Fan Settings You can turn the fan on manually or set it to be automat ically controlled by the H VAC system. 13 Change Hold Optio ns The Thermostat Hold options allow you to hold a desired temperature setting, overriding the programmed schedule. You can set the system to hold the tempera tur e (1) until the next programmed event, (2) for two hours, or (3) permanently.

16 V iew or Change T emperature Heat and Cool Points You can set the system to hold a temperature adjustment that varies from the programmed schedule. When you manually set a temperature, the system automatically sets a two-hour hold.

20 To Program a schedule: 1 From the Main Navigator screen, select Comfort . 2 From the options that appear , select Thermostat (name can vary and some na vigation devices skip this step). 3 At the Thermostat screen, select the Program button. 4 From the Day Selection screen that ap pears, select the day or set of days you want to progr am.
21 5 For the day (or set of days) you selected, program these six events as needed, beginning wit h Wake: Wake , Away , Return, Sleep , Custom 1 and Custom 2 . When you chose a day (or set of days) in Step 4<S tepN umber>, a programming wizard displayed th e W ake event screen (like the example on the right).

23 Low Battery When battery is low, a battery icon indicating a low ba ttery power appears right of the temperature on Wir eless Thermostat LCD screen.
