7 T op Natural C onv ection O ven General F eatures This oven f eatures 2 dierent thermostatic con trol functions to satisfy all cooking requirements , provided by 3 heating elements: – Upper ele.
8 Thermostat Knob (F ig. 2) This only sets the cooking temperature and does not switch the o ven on. Rotate clockwise until the required tempera ture is reached (from 50 °C to 250 °C). The thermostat indicator light will illuminat e when the oven is switched on and turns o when the oven reaches the correct temperatur e.
9 Oven Cooking Before intr oducing the food, preheat the ov en to the desired temperature . For a c orrect preheating operation, it is advisable to remov e the tray from the oven and intr oduce it together with the food, when the ov en has reached the desired temperature .
10 Low er Main Multifunc tion Oven General F eatures As its name indicates, this is an o ven that presents particular features from an operational point of view .
11 Thermostat Knob (F ig. 5) This only sets the cooking temperature and does not switch the oven on. Rotate clockwise until the required tempera ture is reached (from 50 °C to 225 °C). The thermostat indicator light will illuminat e when the oven is switched on and turns o when the oven reaches the correct temperatur e.
12 T raditional Grilling The infrared grill element c omes on. The hea t is dispersed by radiation. Use with the oven door closed and the thermostat knob to position 225 °C for max 15 minutes , then to position 175 °C . For c ook ing hints, see the chapter “USE OF THE GRILL ” .
13 V entilated Grill Cooking The infrared grill element and the fan c ome on. The hea t is dispersed mainly by radiation and the fan then distributes it all over the ov en. Use with the ov en door closed. T he temperature can be regulated via the thermostat knob to between 50 °C and 175 °C maximum .
14 Low er Main Oven Cooking Advic e Sterilization Sterilization of foods to be c onser ved, in full and hermetically sealed jars, is done in the f ollowing way: a. Set the switch to position . b. Set the thermostat knob to position 185 °C and preheat the ov en.
15 Roasting T o obtain classical roasting, it is necessary to remember: – that it is advisable to maintain a temperatur e between 180 °C and 200 °C. – that the cooking time depends on the quantity and the type of foods. Use of the Grill – Preheat the o ven for about 5 minutes with the door closed .

17 “TOUCH-C ONTROL ” KEYS The “touch-control” keys shall be operated by the ngers (just by touching the key). When using touch controls it is best t o use the ball of your nger rather than the tip.
18 SET TING THE TIMER VOL UME Y ou can select from three volume levels. • T ouch the “ ” and “ ” keys simultaneously for more than 2 seconds . • T ouch the “ ” key; you can read on the display the current timer volume (“ ton1 ”, “ ton2 ” or “ t on3 ”).
19 Do ’ s and do not’ s – Do always grill with the ov en door closed. – Do read the user instructions carefully before using the double o ven for the rst time.
20 Care and Main tenance It is advisable to clean when the appliance is cold and especially for cleaning the enamelled parts. Avoid lea ving alk aline or acidic substances (lemon juice , vinegar, et c.) on the surfaces. Avoid using cleaning pr oducts with a chlorine or acidic base.

22 Assembling and Dismantling of the Side Runner Fr ames – Assemble the wire racks to the o ven walls using the 2 screws (F igs. 8-10). – Slide into the guides, the shelf and the tray (F igs. 9-11). The rack must be tted so that the saf ety notch, which stops it sliding out, faces the inside of the ov en; the guard rail shall be at the back.
23 Oven Doors Removing the Oven Doors The oven doors can easily be r emoved as follows: – Open the door to the full extent (g. 12a). – Open the lever A completely on the left and right hinges (g. 12b). – Hold the door as shown in g. 12.
24 Oven Doors - Removable Inner P ane of Glass Cleaning the Panes of Glass The oven doors ar e tted with no. 2 panes: - no. 1 outside; - no. 1 inner; T o clean the panes on both sides it is necessar y to remov e the inner pane as follows .
25 Replacing the Inner Pane of Glass 1. Make sure the door is locked open (see g. 15). 2. Replace the inner pane: – Check that the four rubber pads are in plac e ( D in Fig. 18). – Inser t the pane in the left E and right F slide guides (g. 19), and gently slide it to the retainers H (g .
26 ADVICE FOR THE INST ALLER Impor tant Appliance installation and maint enance must only be carried out by QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS and in compliance with the local safety standards .
27 T o Build in the Double Oven • The appliance should be installed by a QU ALIFIED INST ALLA TION TECHNICIAN. The appliance must be installed in compliance with r egulations in force .

30 Installation "C" By Using H ousing Unit (gs. 29, 30, 31) – Remove the single oven shelf , if tted, as indicated in gure 29. – Remove the upper cross member support as indicated in gure 30. – Cut the bottom of the housing as indicated in gur e 30.

32 Fixing the Double Oven The double oven should then be secur ed by 6 screws (not supplied) tted int o the holes provided at the sides of the oven (F ig. 32). If you open the oven doors , you will see some screw holes. Remember the housing should not be free standing but be secured to the wall and/or adjac ent ttings.
33 IMPORT ANT: – T o avoid damage to the lower trim please note the follo wing instruc tions. – The lower trim is designed to allow f or good air circulation and the correct opening of the oven door .
34 Electric al Installation For y our safety please read the following inf ormation: W ARNING! Before eecting any int er vention on the electrical parts the appliance must be disconnected from the network. IMPORT ANT: The oven must be installed in acc ordance with the manufacturer’ s instructions.
35 Connection the Double Oven Mains Cable Important! This o ven must be connected to the mains power supply only b y a suitably qualied person. Unscrew the screws A securing the co ver plate B behind the oven (g . 36). – Remove the cov er plate B .
